Nature’s fallen treasures
Our relationship with ourself influences how we interpret, enter, sustain and repair relationships with other people. It is the ground from which other relationships grow. And it is the one relationship we live with 24/7.
When fierce and tender compassion runs through our veins and flows inward as well as outward, we help both society and ourselves.

We believe that self-compassion is key to a more joyful life and just world. Through Unearthing Experiences, we reach for healing and wholeness as a practice we can integrate into all aspects of our lives.
We are based in North Carolina, but work with people virtually across the United States, Canada and Europe (including Ireland and Britain). For in-person Unearthing Experiences, please reach out to us with your specific location and timeframe and we’ll respond with our availability.
Cultivating relationships is at the heart of our work because it’s how humans make meaning and find belonging. Think about it: There is not one aspect of our lives where we are not in relationship. By coming together, we are imbued with a greater capacity to understand one another and ourselves. As our connection expands, so does our capacity to care and to act.
The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.
