This meditation invites you to embody the sensations of nature with intention and openness.
Slow your stride as you move through nature, just you would in any sacred space as you prepare for the meditation.
Whatever time is available to you is just the right amount, whether 15 seconds, 15 minutes, or an hour or more.

Step 2: All the Feels
- Take your right hand, place on your left shoulder
- Inhale, gently squeeze
